Do you know anything about The OTCN( online telecenter network) suppose to be online marketing company.
This company is called The OTCN also known as Online TeleCenter Network. Headquarted in Atlanta, GA and they are currently hiring for phone reps. Been in business according to the website since 2009. Thank you for any information you can provide. I tried the Better Business Buruea, but no information found on company. I look forward to your reply soon.
I did a search about this company and found out that they have several postings listed on various job sites that just gives general information about the job. On one of the job sites, it states that it is a legitimate business meaning that they probably do not have work at home jobs even though they advertise that they do. They also claim that you will make $1,000 per week which is a red flag. This is not a company that I have heard of before and I do not know of anyone who has worked for them. I would be very cautious about this company because it could be a pyramid scheme, MLM program, or something along this line. I would suspect because it stated a legitimate business that you will have to make some kind of investment. I would recommend that you move on to other legitimate companies and apply for those.
I just talked to a recruiter today as I saw a job posting. They require an upfront fee of $35 which is deemed as the cost for a background check. I was also told there is a base of $200 a week so I guess the other $800 is based off a commision schedule. My understanding of the job, based on my initial phone interview is, my job is to bring people on board to do what i am doing? I am unsure of my next step as if I have to pay upfront money for a job. That seems like a scam to me.
This company recruits recruiters, and the ones hired will recruit more recruiters. I worked for this company, and all they have is a lot of blacks making a joyful noise. You will not make $400 or anything close to it. I wrote a review on Yelp and when I read a review, it was from Mr. Hendley. He's one of the big shots in OTCN. He wrote a favorable review because every other review was slamming them for their misleading ads. It is a sad day when one of the big shots have to write a good review and try to pass himself off as a satisfied employee. Oh in case you what to know...I am black. I believe in telling the truth.
They are a bunch of crooks. You only recruit recruiters who recruit more recruiters. You are not going to make a lot of money. You will probably not make the money to pay for your background check of $39. The callers will hang up on you when they hear the fee for the background check. Most of these people like to suck up to Mr. Hendley. He got so upset by the bad reviews from this site that he wrote a favorable ad on this company. The trainers are rude and my training lasted the entire day simply because people kept asking questions about the pay structure. The team meetings consist of the bigwigs making a speech and a group of loud participants talking in the background with babies crying and music playing loudly.
I attempted to work this "job opportunity". I spent money to make money. It ended up being a pyramid scheme. They recruit me and I have to recruit other people to make money. More money has to be spent to continue to make money. Hopefully others can learn from my mistake.
