I did a search about this company and found out that they have several postings listed on various job sites that just gives general information about the job. On one of the job sites, it states that it is a legitimate business meaning that they probably do not have work at home jobs even though they advertise that they do. They also claim that you will make $1,000 per week which is a red flag. This is not a company that I have heard of before and I do not know of anyone who has worked for them. I would be very cautious about this company because it could be a pyramid scheme, MLM program, or something along this line. I would suspect because it stated a legitimate business that you will have to make some kind of investment. I would recommend that you move on to other legitimate companies and apply for those.

I just talked to a recruiter today as I saw a job posting. They require an upfront fee of $35 which is deemed as the cost for a background check. I was also told there is a base of $200 a week so I guess the other $800 is based off a commision schedule. My understanding of the job, based on my initial phone interview is, my job is to bring people on board to do what i am doing? I am unsure of my next step as if I have to pay upfront money for a job. That seems like a scam to me.

I am really confused. The ad I followed to a video for Online Telecenter said NOTHING about a base pay, recruiting other people or a $35 background check fee. It DID say there is a $5.95 fee which will be refunded upon completion of training/commencement of work. Are we talking about the same company? Sounds radically different.

Further searching creating further confusion. Now I have just found sites on youtube about signing up for $20 then $60 sites and "completing offers." WTH? Are there multiple companies masquerading with the same name, or the same company offering the same opportunity at multiple prices, just to see if people notice, or what they will pay?
Someone please lend some insight! Thanks

This company recruits recruiters, and the ones hired will recruit more recruiters. I worked for this company, and all they have is a lot of blacks making a joyful noise. You will not make $400 or anything close to it. I wrote a review on Yelp and when I read a review, it was from Mr. Hendley. He's one of the big shots in OTCN. He wrote a favorable review because every other review was slamming them for their misleading ads. It is a sad day when one of the big shots have to write a good review and try to pass himself off as a satisfied employee. Oh in case you what to know...I am black. I believe in telling the truth.

They are a bunch of crooks. You only recruit recruiters who recruit more recruiters. You are not going to make a lot of money. You will probably not make the money to pay for your background check of $39. The callers will hang up on you when they hear the fee for the background check. Most of these people like to suck up to Mr. Hendley. He got so upset by the bad reviews from this site that he wrote a favorable ad on this company. The trainers are rude and my training lasted the entire day simply because people kept asking questions about the pay structure. The team meetings consist of the bigwigs making a speech and a group of loud participants talking in the background with babies crying and music playing loudly.

This isn't true at all. FIRST OFF. The Background processing fee is NOT $39 it is $25 dollars. They explain that this is to check for Identity theft or fraud in your background. Just because you didn't follow directions and make money while you were here, does not mean you have the right to ruin it for others that actually are making money.
